With more than 25 years in HR and people development, I’ve built a career as a strategic and commercially minded People Director known for delivering people strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence. I’ve led HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition functions across complex, multi‑site organisations with 1,300+ employees, shaping transformation and engagement through data‑driven, people‑centric initiatives.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and boards, I specialise in aligning the people agenda with organisational goals. My expertise spans the full employee lifecycle — HR strategy, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Wellbeing — supported by strong governance and a values‑led approach. I’m recognised for building high‑performing teams and achieving measurable outcomes, including being among the first in Wales to secure the Wellbeing Silver Quality Mark.
