With more than 25 years in HR and people development, I’ve built a career as a strategic and commercially minded People Director known for delivering people strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence. I’ve led HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition functions across complex, multi‑site organisations with 1,300+ employees, shaping transformation and engagement through data‑driven, people‑centric initiatives.
